Step one of the 8 step Transformational Process

Step One: Know the Truth

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (John 8:32)

God created the world and therefore He owns it and has authority and dominion over everything (Psalm 24:1). God set up His Kingdom in the Garden of Eden, placed Adam and Eve there, and gave them dominion to rule the earth. It was there that they received instructions from God and were commanded to go forth and rule with their God given dominion (Genesis 1:28).

Man and woman are not just to live on earth without reason, responsibility, or purpose. Their right to rule over God’s creation is linked to them being made in the image of God for a certain purpose. Adam and Eve became the delegated authority over all creation.

God’s Natural Laws

There are three schools of natural law theory: divine natural law, secular natural law, and historical natural law.

Divine natural law represents the system of principles believed to have been revealed or inspired by God or some other supreme and supernatural being. These divine principles are typically reflected by authoritative religious writings such as Scripture.

Secular natural law represents the system of principles derived from the physical, biological, and behavioral laws of nature as perceived by the human intellect and elaborated through reason.

Historical natural law represents the system of principles that has evolved over time through the slow accretion of custom, tradition, and experience.

Each school of natural law influenced the Founding Fathers during the nascent years of U.S. law in the eighteenth century and continue to influence the decision-making process of state and federal courts today.[1]

Mel Thompson says, “Natural Law is of the most influential moral theories of all time–still a key feature of Catholic morality. It is also important because it links morality with belief in God-a direct bridge between ethics and the philosophy of religion.”

If you believe in a rational, creating, and designing God then you are likely to find Natural Law a convincing approach. If you find Natural Law convincing, then you are likely to be attracted to some idea of belief in God, or at least belief in the world as a designed and ordered place.

The Natural Law theory originated in Aristotle’s idea that everything has a purpose that is revealed in its design, and that its supreme good is to be sought in fulfilling that purpose. Natural laws exist because the universe has a Creator God who is logical and has imposed order on His universe. Hence God created man with a divine purpose in mind.

Natural and a Supernatural God

We are spirit and are co-creators with God. We have been given access to vast amount of possibilities and power. To unlock this power requires us to understand our purpose here on earth. To have been created by God and given authority to rule and to tap into these unlimited resources is something that no other creature on earth can claim. We have unlimited access to God’s infinite power, but there is a problem. In order to realize our full potential we have to believe it! We have to understand that limits are self-imposed.

Our purpose in this life is to co-create with God and help others to fulfill their potential in the earth. We were created without limitations. God our Father created us to do His bidding in the earth, experience His miraculous healing power, and to usher mankind back to Him. Our role model is God-incarnate, Jesus Christ, who operates without limitations. His very birth is the greatest miracle to have ever taken place in the history of mankind.

You are pregnant with promise, potential, and possibilities. Miracles only happen to and for those who believe.

God is spirit (a spiritual being) and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (reality). Humans are made in the image of God and are therefore spiritual beings as well. The only way to communicate with God is spirit to spirit. The only way to worship God is through our spirit.

Have you ever sensed that something was going to happen? Or saw something in your mind’s eye that would later actually happen? Or perhaps you heard a word or phrase that was a precursor for an event or incident that occurred?

In her book Divine Guidance, Doreen Virtue explains that we have constant access to divine guidance from God and the angels. We could say that God and angels speak to us through our intuition. Doreen writes, "God and the angels have always spoken to you continuously. They have been guiding, coaxing, and encouraging you since you were first created."

It has been said that intuition is a direct link to our soul, our highest self, God or the universal mind. Intuition is often referred to as our sixth sense.

The truth is that human beings are spiritual beings connected to other human beings through the spiritual realm. We are powerful beyond our imagination.

Practice the truth and the truth will make you free. Hearing the truth is fascinating. Knowing the truth is liberating! Speaking the truth is invigorating!

New Truths Are Shaped By What You Say About Yourself.

Changing your mind and the words that you speak about yourself is a process. You have to intentionally think about what you are thinking about, and you have to intentionally say positive things to and about yourself.

Affirmations really are simple. They are you being in conscious control of your thoughts. They are short, powerful, positive statements. When you say them or think them or even hear them, they become the thoughts that create your reality. Affirmations, then, are your conscious thoughts.

When speaking affirmations it is important to speak them with emotion. We have feelings and getting our whole person involved will help to seal our affirmations in our heart and mind quicker.

In my past life I did not understood who I was or what my purpose was, but today I walk in the truth and have stepped into who I am supposed to be. I submit myself to the process of change so that I may embrace the new possibilities that await me. I have no doubt or fear and accept truth in my inward parts. I am discovering who I am more each day.

Begin by speaking these truths:

I am set free by the truth.

Nothing is impossible.

I have unlimited possibility.

What I believe, God’s power can effortlessly achieve.

I let go of all negativity and embrace the truth.

Walk in Truth and Freedom.
