Follow the path to success.
It is my prayer that you are well, prospering and in good health!
I want to share a little story with you that will increase your faith and inspire you.
We have been given all power and authority here on earth. We simply have to use it.
We are created in the image of God—filled with unlimited potential that, through the enabler, the Holy Spirit, we can have whatever we believe we can have. There is nothing else that God is going to do. We have been given all power and authority here on earth. We simply have to use it.
That means no matter what situation or circumstances you may find yourself in, you can get through it. You can rise above it. You can beat it. You can win!
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. (Proverbs 23:7)
In my own personal life, I have enjoyed adventures beyond what many people experience simply because I chose to believe.
One evening my husband and I were watching the travel channel. It was a special about a place in South Africa called The Sun City Resort. The resort draws thousands of visitors each year to its four hotels, including two five-star hotels: the Palace of the Lost City (which forms part of The Leading Hotels of the World) and The Cascades Hotel. In the television special, they were showing photos of the Palace of the Lost City hotel—the delectable buffet meals, the lush, beautiful landscape, the exquisite rooms, and all that the hotel had to offer. I was mesmerized. I could see myself there. I envisioned myself sitting at one of the pools relaxing, eating sweet pineapple, and dining on meals fit for a queen.
I said to my husband, “I want to visit there!”
“Impossible,” some would say.
Well, within one year we were on our way to South Africa to stay in the Palace of the Lost City. That proved to be one of the best trips that we ever made. It was amazing. When I saw that television show, I
ately grabbed hold of what I saw and what I felt. I believed that I could actually visit that place. The power to create and obtain “wealth” is inside of me so I tapped into my God-given imagination and saw myself there in that be
autiful place where the rich and famous visit.
I could have said, “Oh well, I guess I will never visit that place. We could never afford it.” Well, guess what? We did not have to pay to stay there and we did not have to pay to get there. It was an all-expense paid vacation! Go figure! This trip was only one of many exotic vacations our family has taken.
